Application of the general conditions of sale
The order by the Customer implies acceptance of the entirety of these general conditions.
Validity of offers
The articles visible on the site are available while stocks last. The validity of the offers and the price is guaranteed within 8 days. In the event of debit or collection of an order for an unavailable item, laptitefumee.com undertakes to offer a credit note or to reimburse the customer within 30 days. laptitefumee.com undertakes to inform the customer by e-mail if he/she has ordered an unavailable item.
Presentation of products
The products offered for sale are those described on the site. laptitefumee.com takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its products in order to provide the customer with the best possible information. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts. In any case, in the event of non-conformity of the product delivered in relation to its description on the site, the client may either exercise his/her right of retraction, or implement the guarantee of conformity of the company laptitefumee.com, which will proceed, if necessary, with either an exchange or reimbursement of the price (in whole or in part) that may have been charged.
Product prices
Prices are invoiced inclusive of VAT (including 20% French VAT). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, without prior notice, but the products are invoiced at the price at the time of the purchase order.
Order and secure payment

The customer validates his order as described below. This validation implies the acceptance of the present general conditions of sale. The customer interested in an article visible on the laptitefumee.com site follows the following process to place an order. After clicking on the "confirm" icon and checking the specifics of the order (colour, quantity, product, price, etc.), the customer validates the choice of product(s) selected by clicking. If the customer benefits from a special offer, he/she must first enter a code that has been allocated to him/her in the field provided for this purpose. At the time of his first order, the customer has a form to fill in containing the following information: title, surname, first name, full delivery address, email, date of birth, telephone number. On this occasion, the customer creates a password. The customer has the option of paying by credit card directly on the site. After having validated his/her method of payment, the customer definitively and irrevocably validates his/her order with the effects indicated below. Payment by credit card on the site: The customer validates his delivery and billing address, the product and the total price. He/she provides his/her credit card number associated with the expiry date and the CVX code. Finally, he validates his order by clicking on the "Confirm" button.
Default of payment
laptitefumee.com reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honour an order from a consumer who has not paid in full or in part for a previous order, or with whom a payment dispute is being administered.
Verification of payments
laptitefumee.com checks all orders that have been validated on its site. These checks are intended to protect laptitefumee.com from abusive practices by fraudsters. Our services may ask you for all the documents necessary to release your order: proof of residence or debit in your name, or proof of residence in the name of the person indicated for the delivery address, etc. These requests will be made by e-mail: - For an order with a delivery address different from the billing address - For new customers - For an order over 150 Euros.
Payment security
To ensure the security of payments, the laptitefumee.com site uses the secure payment service provided by its bank. This service incorporates the SSL security standard. Confidential data (the 16-digit credit card number, the expiry date and the CVX code) are transmitted encrypted directly to the bank's server without passing through the physical medium of the laptitefumee.com server. When the order is validated: The payment request is routed in real time to the secure telepayment manager. The latter sends an authorisation request to the credit card network. Delivery is FREE for orders over 50 euros. For all orders under 50 euros, the buyer is responsible for the transport costs up to a fixed amount of 10€. Average delivery time: 10 days.

The delivery of the products remains the responsibility of the buyer. We entrust the orders to the French Post Office. You will be sent a tracking number. We recommend that you contact the French Post Office to check that your parcel is being delivered and to look for the causes of any problems that may have occurred during delivery. If the French Post Office is unable to deliver the order to the address you have given us, it is your responsibility to go to the distribution centre to collect your order, or to call the French Post Office to reroute the delivery to the address of your choice.
Responsibility
For all stages of access to the site, consultation, filling in forms, placing orders, delivery of items or any other service, the company laptitefumee.com has only an obligation of means. Consequently, laptitefumee.com cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network and totally external to the diligence and precautions taken by laptitefumee.com. In particular, laptitefumee.com cannot be held responsible for any disruption in the supply of the service, or for any external intrusion or presence of a computer virus. Likewise, all events qualified as force majeure within the meaning of the jurisprudence of the Court of Cassation entirely exonerates laptitefumee.com from any liability.
